Training Terms & Conditions

QCS Global (Private) Limited

These Terms & Conditions apply to all accredited and non-accredited training programs offered by QCS Global (Private) Limited. By registering for a training program, the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Registration & Identity Verification

1.1. Accurate Information — Participants must provide accurate registration details, including First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Contact Number, and Date of Birth.

1.2. Identity Documents — A valid National ID, Passport, Driving License, or other government-issued ID may be required for identity verification, certification, or compliance purposes, including for international participants.

  1. Fees, Payment & Cancellation

2.1. Fees — Applicable course fees, along with accepted payment methods and the payment deadline, will be communicated at the time of registration and must be settled in full prior to the commencement of training, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2.2. Cancellation by Participant — Refund or credit for a cancellation initiated by the participant will be governed by the refund schedule communicated at registration. Cancellations made after this schedule may not be eligible for a refund.

2.3. Cancellation or Rescheduling by QCS Global — QCS Global reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, or cancel a training program due to insufficient enrolment, trainer unavailability, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. In such cases, participants will be offered an alternate session or a refund of fees paid, at QCS Global’s discretion.

  1. Attendance & Session Conduct

3.1. Punctuality & Duration — Participants must attend sessions on time and for the full duration. For online training, keeping the camera ON is mandatory, unless otherwise permitted by the trainer.

3.2. Microphone & Participation — Participants must keep their microphone muted when not speaking and actively participate in discussions, activities, assignments, and assessments.

3.3. Communication Channels — Participants must regularly check the designated WhatsApp group and official communication channels for training-related updates and instructions.

3.4. Missed Sessions — A participant who misses a session should notify QCS Global promptly. Availability of a makeup session or recorded material, where applicable, will be at the discretion of QCS Global and is not guaranteed.

  1. Recording & Intellectual Property

4.1. Prohibited Recording — Recording, screen recording, photographing, or taking screenshots of training sessions or materials is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.

4.2. Ownership of Materials — All training materials, presentations, recordings, and course content remain the intellectual property of QCS Global or its licensors. Participants may use such materials for personal learning only and may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share them without prior written consent.

4.3. QCS Use of Session Imagery — QCS Global may photograph or record sessions for internal quality, training-improvement, or promotional purposes. By attending, participants consent to such use unless they notify QCS Global in writing prior to the session that they opt out.

  1. Course Completion & Certification

5.1. Course Requirements — All mandatory assignments, activities, assessments, and course requirements must be completed. For accredited courses, additional requirements of the relevant accreditation/certification body may apply.

5.2. Issuance of Certificates — Certificates are issued only upon fulfilment of the applicable course requirements and do not automatically result from registration or attendance.

5.3. Validity & Non-Transferability — A certificate is issued solely in the name of the participant who fulfilled the course requirements and is non-transferable. It remains valid subject to any renewal, continuing-education, or other requirements of the relevant accreditation or certification body, where applicable.

  1. Data Protection & Privacy

6.1. Use of Personal Data — Personal data collected during registration (including identity documents, where applicable) will be used solely for registration, identity verification, certification, compliance, and related administrative purposes, and will be handled in accordance with QCS Global’s applicable data protection practices and any accreditation body requirements.

6.2. Confidentiality — QCS Global will not share participants’ personal data with third parties except where required for certification, accreditation, regulatory compliance, or with the participant’s consent.

  1. Conduct & Compliance

7.1. Professional Conduct — Participants must maintain professional conduct throughout the training. QCS Global reserves the right to take appropriate action in case of non-compliance, which may include a verbal or written warning, temporary suspension from the session, or removal from the training program without refund, depending on the severity of the conduct.

  1. Liability

8.1. Limitation of Liability — QCS Global will make reasonable efforts to deliver training as scheduled but shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control (including technical failures, internet disruption, or force majeure events).

  1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

9.1. Governing Law — These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.

  1. Acceptance

10.1. Acceptance of Terms — By registering for a training program, participants confirm their acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in full.
